First of all I wanna let you people know I’ll be making reviews and talking about albums or songs, not being music educated at-all, I’m simply a music lover and I’ll write as such.
Quoting August Rush “Listen. Can you hear it? The music. I can hear it everywhere. In the wind… in the air… in the light. It’s all around us. All you have to do is open yourself up. All you have to do… is listen.”
Nope, I don’t believe you need to be graduated at Julliard to talk about music, I think all you have to be is able to hear and appreciate what you’re listening to, besides having taste and the ability to write.

I can hear this song when I’m most depressed and feel it’ll all be okay, or listen to it when I’m mad and I’ll immediately chill, even when I’m happy this song takes me to another state altogether.. A place where I sit back and reflect, where I get to see the bigger picture.

The combination of those philosophically soulful lyrics with that beautiful sad melody joined with his rich voice, gives me pause, gives me peace, gives me perspective, gives me breath, gives me life.

I’m not one to usually go for the melancholic feeling, but this song is just so perfect it makes me wistful in the most contented way.

My favorite sweet playlist

This is an all things chill kind of playlist.  I made it half a year ago but I’ve added a few new songs . Still, it does’n have many recent ones, nor does it have any from before the XXI century; thought I should tell you from the start.

I can listen to it while I’m on the road, studying or even reading a book. I’ve listen to it while I’m in the shower and while in bed waiting for sleep to come. It has songs with some rhythm, but for the most part they’re all pretty much the same: slow, romantic, relaxed, blue-clear-skies-above beautiful songs. Most of them stand alones.

I often listen to it on Random, actually I always do, so I never care much about putting them in an specific order on a way that makes you transition from one to another in a smooth way. I like it better randomly and not knowing what’ll come next, but knowing at the same time I’ll like it. So they’re plastered here as my phone has them “organized”, but know they don’t have any order.
